Kept by You is a small UK online shop selling personalised mugs, art prints, stretched canvases, fleece blankets, tote bags, aprons, notebooks, playing cards, Christmas stockings and Christmas tree ornaments. Every item is printed to order in the UK by our print partners with the names, dates, words or photo you enter on the product page, and sent by tracked delivery to UK addresses only. The shop opened in September 2026 and does not sell on marketplaces.
Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a name. Mugs are made to be used every day, and prints are on 220gsm matte fine-art paper. Our guide to what happens after you press order follows an order from the product page to the printer.
Kept by You is run by Khurram Yaseen, a sole trader in Birmingham. It is not a limited company, so it has no Companies House entry, and it is not VAT registered. The shop is new and has no published customer reviews yet. A real person answers your emails and cares whether the mug arrived in one piece.
Your order goes to the printer within about 10 minutes of payment, and we do not send proofs, so please check the spelling before you pay. Delivery times and costs are on our Delivery page, and what happens if something goes wrong is on our Returns and refunds page.

Damaged or misprinted? Your right to a free reprint or refund, made easy. Keep the box and email us a photo, and we will make it again at no cost, or refund you in full if you prefer. If you no longer have the box, still get in touch.
