Personalisation needed before you buy: Your photo (JPG or PNG, at least 943 pixels on its shorter side); Name (up to 20 characters); Line (choose from Forever in our hearts; Always loved, never forgotten; In loving memory; Gone but never forgotten). A restrained print for someone who should still be here. The photograph is printed in a soft oval against a cream background on 220gsm matte fine-art paper with a single feather beneath, then the name in serif, the years if you add them, and one of four lines chosen from the list. Nothing else but our small tag mark at the foot; it is designed to sit quietly on a shelf or a wall and not ask for attention. Choose 12 x 16 in (30.5 x 40.6 cm) or 8 x 12 in (20.3 x 30.5 cm), supplied unframed. Old photographs can be photographed with a phone in daylight and uploaded, and a sharp copy prints far better than a screenshot. You can order one for the funeral tea and one for each household afterwards. Choose a clear, well-lit photo; what you upload is what we print.

Supplied unframed. It is slightly larger than 30×40 cm (or 20×30 cm), so choose a 12×16 in (or 8×12 in) frame.

  • Personalised items are made just for you, so they cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • If your keepsake arrives damaged or misprinted, keep the box and email a photo to hello@keptbyyou.co.uk within 30 days of delivery where you can. We reprint it free, or refund you in full if you prefer. If you no longer have the box, still get in touch. A fault that appears within six months of delivery is assumed to have been there when it arrived.
  • Orders go to our printer within about 10 minutes, so please check every detail before you order.
