It is 30 by 40 inches, a throw for the sofa rather than a bedspread, printed on the front only with the reverse left white. Photos with both faces near the middle print best; send the original file, not a download from a chat. It suits an anniversary or Christmas, and makes a present from family for a couple's first home. - Personalised items are made just for you, so they cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- If your keepsake arrives damaged or misprinted, keep the box and email a photo to hello@keptbyyou.co.uk within 30 days of delivery where you can. We reprint it free, or refund you in full if you prefer. If you no longer have the box, still get in touch. A fault that appears within six months of delivery is assumed to have been there when it arrived.
- Orders go to our printer within about 10 minutes, so please check every detail before you order.
