Personalisation needed before you buy: Your photo (JPG or PNG, at least 400 pixels on its shorter side; larger prints better); Name on the mug (up to 15 characters). It is printed on both sides of a white 11oz ceramic mug with a coloured inside and handle in red, black or dark blue. Dishwasher and microwave safe. A photo with every face near the middle prints best. A Christmas, birthday, Mother's Day or Father's Day present from the grandchildren, with a parent choosing the photo. - Personalised items are made just for you, so they cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- If your keepsake arrives damaged or misprinted, keep the box and email a photo to hello@keptbyyou.co.uk within 30 days of delivery where you can. We reprint it free, or refund you in full if you prefer. If you no longer have the box, still get in touch. A fault that appears within six months of delivery is assumed to have been there when it arrived.
