A photo mug for Grandad, Grandma or Nana with the grandchildren's photo, the name they go by and a short message.
Personalisation needed before you buy: Your photo (JPG or PNG, at least 400 pixels on its shorter side; larger prints better); Name on the mug (up to 15 characters). Optional: Caption (up to 30 characters). Enter these in the boxes on the product page. They are printed as spelt, and some designs set a line in capital letters.
Grandparents want one thing from a present, and it is the grandchildren's faces. Upload a photo, add the name they go by, Grandad, Nana, Grandma or Pop, and a caption such as Love from Ella and Noah, and the photo sits in a soft circle with the name and caption beneath it, and the design is printed twice around the mug so it shows whichever hand they hold it in. It is an 11oz white ceramic mug, dishwasher and microwave safe. A recent school photo, a beach picture or a group shot with faces near the middle all work well; avoid screenshots, which print soft. Order one for each grandparent with a different photo and they will compare them, which is rather the point. Choose a clear, well-lit photo; what you upload is what we print.

- Personalised items are made just for you, so they cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- If your keepsake arrives damaged or misprinted, keep the box and email a photo to hello@keptbyyou.co.uk within 30 days of delivery where you can. We reprint it free, or refund you in full if you prefer. If you no longer have the box, still get in touch. A fault that appears within six months of delivery is assumed to have been there when it arrived.
