Personalisation needed before you buy: Role (choose from Bridesmaid, Maid of Honour, Matron of Honour, Flower Girl, Best Man, Usher, Page Boy, Mother of the Bride, Father of the Bride, Mother of the Groom, Father of the Groom); Their name (up to 20 characters). Optional: Couple's names (up to 30 characters); Wedding date (up to 20 characters). Enter these in the boxes on the product page. A thank-you for standing up beside the couple, or a way of asking them to. Choose the role, from Bridesmaid, Maid of Honour, Flower Girl and Mother of the Bride to Best Man, Usher, Page Boy and Father of the Groom, add their name, and the couple's names and wedding date if you want them. The role is printed in our serif beneath a pair of rings, the name set large beneath it, the couple's names in terracotta italic and the date in small capitals, on both sides of an 11oz white ceramic mug that is dishwasher and microwave safe. Order one for each of the wedding party so they match on the morning, and one for each set of parents. Check the spelling of every name before you order.

- Personalised items are made just for you, so they cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- If your keepsake arrives damaged or misprinted, keep the box and email a photo to hello@keptbyyou.co.uk within 30 days of delivery where you can. We reprint it free, or refund you in full if you prefer. If you no longer have the box, still get in touch. A fault that appears within six months of delivery is assumed to have been there when it arrived.
- Orders go to our printer within about 10 minutes, so please check every detail before you order.
