It comes with a red ribbon for hanging. A photo taken outdoors with both faces near the middle prints best, and a square crop from a phone is ideal. Order one each year with a new photo and the tree keeps the record. Choose a clear, well-lit photo; what you upload is what we print. Decorative item, not a toy.

- Personalised items are made just for you, so they cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- If your keepsake arrives damaged or misprinted, keep the box and email a photo to hello@keptbyyou.co.uk within 30 days of delivery where you can. We reprint it free, or refund you in full if you prefer. If you no longer have the box, still get in touch. A fault that appears within six months of delivery is assumed to have been there when it arrived.
