It is a stretched canvas, not a framed picture: the canvas is the finished edge, with hanging fixings on the back. At 12 x 16 in (30.5 x 40.6 cm) it sits quietly in a hallway or a sitting room. - Personalised items are made just for you, so they cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- If your keepsake arrives damaged or misprinted, keep the box and email a photo to hello@keptbyyou.co.uk within 30 days of delivery where you can. We reprint it free, or refund you in full if you prefer. If you no longer have the box, still get in touch. A fault that appears within six months of delivery is assumed to have been there when it arrived.
